A California native, Kaela Saez has been practicing yoga since 2010. Having taught all over the world, Kaela developed her passion in self-transformation, the constant process of human development and holistic living. Believing that yoga and meditation make natural companions to the self healing process, she hopes to share with others the warm clarity that these practices have cultivated in her life, as well as the tools to achieve it. Her latest platform of work has been the incorporation of stress management through trauma sensitive yoga. Kaela currently educates those struggling with mental health and addiction, teaching them how to feel safe in their bodies and minds allowing them to establish greater self-regulation through conscious awareness and offering the foundation they need for emotional resiliency.

Viviana Ferrari

Viviana got involved in Yoga when she was 18 years old. She discovered this wonderful philosophy thanks to a pain between her shoulder blades.

Never before had she imagined that such a problem would inspire her to become a Yoga and Ayurveda teacher.

After practising for a year, she developed an interest in meditation and the Yoga group she was following helped increase her desire to visit India.

She was enchanted by the energy and spiritual approach she came across; shewent on pilgrimages, experienced panchakarma and completely felt in tune with the local people and the simple life in ashrams.

She has a Yoga certificate following four years of studies in Milan. Moreover she has had the privilege of learning from different masters, among whom Van Lysebeth, Claudio Conte, Patrick Tomatis and Dr. Vigne who taught her meditation and took her to the Himalaya Mountains to meet his master.

Ever since her childhood she has been incredibly interested and passionate about travelling and learning about new cultures.That is one of the reasons why Viviana chose to get a degree in foreign languages and later on to work for Spa hotels, among other things, in the Tourism industry.

She has lived in India, Russia and Jordan and presently based in a small but wonderful community in the Swiss Alps.

About 6 months into my practice during savasana, a voice popped into my head and all i heard was "if this is all you ever have, this moment, being connected to presence and your breath, it's all you will ever need" It blew me away. I had never heard that voice before. I think it was my authentic self that has been tucked away for many years. Pure consciousness or whatever, I don't know but it was crazy.

The training completely changed me and I fell in love with chanting and yoga philosophy and the beautiful language of Sanskrit.

Because I lived there, my friend Tamara gave me the opportunity by hiring me right after the training. So now I was teaching donation based classes in the very room where I took my first yoga class.

This practice has transformed my life in so many ways, especially off my mat. It has taught me that kindness is an important aspect of life. To be patient with others and ourselves. We have the ability to choose our reaction.

I pride myself on having a very relatable teaching style. I was taught to keep reminding students that we are human, and to release the wanting or attachment we sometimes experience in an asana practice. To just be happy with your practice as it is.

Miri Hussain

Miri is a certified Yoga and meditation teacher living in Portugal and is a experienced, warm and caring teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years.

Miri completed her trainings in Bali and India and has also continued her training on regular yin, restorative, anatomy and adjustment trainings and completed a Prana Samyama Buddhist meditation teacher training with Traditional Yoga UK.

As well as her passion for yoga, Miri is really passionate about wildlife, nature and the environment, having studied Ecology and Wildlife conservation and worked for many years as an ecologist for NGO's in Asia and South and Cental America. Originally from Kuwait, Miri has now found her home in the beautiful Algarve, Portugal for the last 5 years.

"Having experienced and grown up with PTSD and anxiety, yoga helped me to find peace and guided me through my times of darkness. My motivation as a teacher is to help my students to let go of whats holding them back; self doubt, anxiety, negative thinking patterns and negative habitual patterns and guide them on a transformative path to open up their heart, to laugh, love, heal, forgive and cultivate lasting peace and happiness in life.

I feel that an important part of living the yoga path and finding peace is to lose ourselves in the service of others. That is why I am so proud to be an ambassador for Corc Yoga, who genuinely care about supporting mental health projects and also creating sustainable, eco friendly yoga products."
